Elise Dahl-Johansen is an athlete, performer, instructor, and digital fitness and health coach. She has a background in gymnastics, where she was a former national team athlete with multiple national championship medals. In addition, she is a 7-time Norwegian Champion in Pole Sport Elite, a World Championship bronze medalist, a 2-time Norwegian Champion in street workout, and a 2-time Norwegian Champion in body fitness.

Elise has worked as a coach and instructor for 18 years, helping over 3,000 people improve their health. She is a certified digital health coach, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Movement Science, and is educated as a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and coach developer. She has also worked with elite athletes in gymnastics, acrobatic rock’n’roll, and pole dance for over 10 years.

Over the past 5 years, Elise has coached 20 pole athletes, of which 17 achieved medals at the Norwegian Championships.

In addition to teaching in-person pole dance classes in Lofoten, she provides digital competition coaching as well as online one-on-one pole dance sessions.
