REGISTRATION FOR CERTIFICATION
Registration is done via our website. By purchasing our courses, students confirm to have read and accepted the terms and conditions for Aerial Movements. Registration is personal and cannot be used by anyone other than the student itself. If a student has any challenges that may prevent them from performing the exercises included in the program, this must be communicated prior to enrollment.
Courses are purchased with card or Paypal. The online courses gives immediate access to the whole course content, registration is therefore binding and cannot be canceled after the purchase has been completed.
AGE LIMIT
Students must be at least 23 years old to take the certification.
ONLINE TRAINING AND PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS
Aerial Movements offers online training programs both with and without a personal trainer, as well as in-person personal training sessions in Oslo. When purchasing a membership, the customer gains immediate access to all training videos; therefore, the purchase is binding and non-refundable. The membership has no contract period or notice period, and the customer can cancel the subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, the videos and any personal training session will remain available until the end of the month already paid for. If payment is not received, the membership will be suspended immediately. Memberships are personal and may not be used by anyone other than the member.
PRISES AND GIFTCARDS
Our prices are always listed on our website. We offer a 5% discounted price on certification for members of NPAF with at least 12 months of active membership. Giftcards cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discount codes.
RESPONSIBILITY AND HEALTH
Aerial Movements provides training and instruction related to fitness. Students bear full responsibility for their own health and must ensure that their health is sufficient to participate in such activity. Students must be aware that the activity involves a risk of injury/death and accept all risk for any incident. Aerial Movements is not liable for costs related to transportation, accommodation, or loss of belongings when physical courses are arranged.
COMPLAINTS
Complaints should be submitted in a written form to [email protected].The complaint should contain complete information and should be submitted within 30 days of the incident occurring. It should include relevant facts such as dates, location, any correspondence, documents, and/or other relevant information.
