Terms and Conditions

 

REGISTRATION
Registration for education is done by submitting an application via our website. By submitting an application, students confirm to have read and accepted the terms and conditions for Aerial Movements. If the application is approved, students will receive information about upcoming courses, and a link to enrolment. Registration is personal and cannot be used by anyone other than the student itself.

Courses are purchased directly through the given link, via card, Klarna or Paypal. Students gain immediate access to the whole course content, registration is therefore binding and cannot be canceled after the purchase has been completed.

 

AGE LIMIT
Students must be at least 20 years old to apply and be approved to take the certification.

 

EXAMS
Theoretical and practical exams are provided in the end of the course. The theory test is approved with a minimum of 85% correct answers. The practical test is provided by videorecording.

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPROVED CERTIFICATION
To complete the course certification, students must pass both exams, complete all training tasks and be present at online meetings.

In the event of any reason, that leads to non-participation in online meetings, certification will not be approved. In this case, students will be given the opportunity to participate in the next course round.

 

GIFTCARDS
Giftcards cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discount codes.

 

RESPONSIBILITY AND HEALTH
Aerial Movements offers training and education related to training. Students bear full responsibility for their own health and must confirm when registering that their health is sufficient to participate in such an educational programme. Students must be aware that the activity entails a risk of injury/death, and assumes all risk for any incident. If a student has any challenges that may prevent them from performing the exercises included in the program, this must be communicated prior to enrollment.

 

COMPLAINTS
Complaints should be submitted in a written form to 
[email protected].The complaint should contain complete information and should be submitted within 30 days of the incident occurring. It should include relevant facts such as dates, location, any correspondence, documents, and/or other relevant information.
